A selection of Manawatu’s finest restaurants and chefs have partnered with restaurants from different regions for one of New Zealand’s top culinary competitions, where the teams will work together to design a mouth-watering dish using two hero products from each region.
The dishes will be available in participating restaurants from March 3rd through to March 17th and the winning dish, judged by Cuisine Magazine editor and chef Kelli Brett and chef lecturer at UCOL, Mark Smith, will appear in the May edition of Cuisine.
